2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you give us when using the website. There are no user accounts or private areas.

3. Purposes
- Handle your requests and enquiries.
- Manage appointments for the free preliminary study.
- Send you the free template you requested.
- Send you commercial information (newsletter) about our programmes only if you have agreed or there is an existing relationship.
- Improve the website with statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
4. Legal basis
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you submit a form and tick the privacy policy box, and for non-essential cookies.
- Pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): preparing the preliminary study you ask for.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): answering enquiries and managing your appointment.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@metaacademyai.com, without affecting what has already been done.
5. Recipients and providers
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with providers that supply us with services, under a data processing agreement:
- Odoo SA / Odoo Cloud: website hosting, CRM and appointment booking. Servers are located in Belgium.
- Google and Zoom: appointment calendar (Google Calendar) and video calls (Zoom).
- Make.com: automation of our processes, including passing your contact details between our tools. It is used to fill in contracts.
- Hostingenius SLU: domain and e-mail.
- Partner training organisation: only when the programme requires it and with your knowledge.
- YouTube and Trustpilot: videos only load when you press play (no-cookie mode) and Trustpilot is an external link; those services apply their own policies.
We may also disclose data to the authorities when required by law.

7. International transfers

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@metaacademyai.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the legal deadline (one month, extendable in complex cases) and may ask you to prove your identity.
9. Cookies
The website uses technical cookies needed to work. Analytics or third-party cookies are only activated if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. YouTube videos only load when you press play and use enhanced privacy mode. See our cookie policy for details.
10. Complaints and contact
